Percy M. Samuel, Esq. immigrated to the United States in 1968. He was first inspired to pursue a career in law during his time as a paralegal for a notable New York City law firm. He earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York’s Empire State College. He earned his juris doctorate from the City University of New York’s School of Law. He founded this firm in 1994 and has continued on as its principal. In 1999, he earned his Legal Education Certificate from Trinidad and Tobago’s Council of Legal Education’s Hugh Wooding Law School.
